1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Daily Vedic Horoscope app (“App”), you (“User”) agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”). If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the App.

2. License Grant and Restrictions

The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to your compliance with this Agreement. You may not:

  • Reverse engineer or modify the App.
  • Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any portion of the App or its content.

3. Account and Access

  • Use of the App requires creating an account via email/password or third-party sign-in (Google/Facebook).
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Users may delete their account at any time via in-app options; this results in permanent deletion of data and any remaining AstroCoins.

4. In-App Purchases and Promotional Codes

  • Users may purchase bundles of AstroCoins via Google Play’s payment system.
  • AstroCoins are consumable and non-refundable, except where required by law or by Google Play’s refund policies.
  • Promotional codes may be used once per user account, and may be subject to expiration.
  • Prices for AstroCoin bundles may vary by region, and are clearly displayed before purchase.

5. App Features and Readings

  • Users may enter personal data (e.g., name, birth date, birth time, location) to generate daily readings.
  • Each reading includes astrological analyses and is generated using automated AI (LLM) prompts with no human oversight.
  • Readings are stored in your account and can be viewed, printed, or shared.
  • All readings are for entertainment purposes only and are not professional advice (e.g., financial, medical, legal, or psychological).

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content in the App, including readings, is the intellectual property of the Developer.
  • Users may reproduce or share their readings verbatim provided copyright notices are not removed or altered.
  • The App may solicit optional user feedback for the purpose of product improvement.

7. Data Privacy and Protection

Please refer to the Privacy Policy for full details. In summary:

Personal Data Collected:

  • Mandatory: Email and sign-in credentials.
  • Optional: Birth data entered for generating readings.
  • Automatically collected: Device ID, IP address, usage logs, crash reports.

Data Usage:

  • For account and reading generation functionality.
  • For analytics and app improvement (Firebase Analytics).
  • Readings data is processed via LLMs and stored on Firestore in the EU (Netherlands).

User Rights (GDPR):

  • You may request access to, or deletion of, your personal data by emailing: alexgeorgiou@gmail.com.
  • You may delete any data you have entered about any persons via the app.
  • You may delete your account and all associated data via the app. After logging in, tap on the menu icon at the top-right part of the screen and select “Delete account…”. On the next screen, select “OK” to confirm.

8. Disclaimers

General Disclaimer:

  • Readings are generated algorithmically for entertainment purposes only.
  • They are not intended to substitute professional consultation or advice.

Accuracy Disclaimer:

  • The accuracy of readings depends on the quality and correctness of the input data provided by the User. The Developer disclaims any liability resulting from inaccurate data.

Technical Disclaimer:

  • The App requires an internet connection to function.
  • The Developer is not liable for service interruptions, technical issues, or data loss.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the App.

10. Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by you or the Developer. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by deleting your account and ceasing use of the App. Violation of this Agreement may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the Rules of the EODID Athens Mediation & Arbitration Organization (EODID) by one arbitrator.

  • Binding Award: The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.

12. Changes to Terms

The Developer reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Notice of changes may be provided via the App or to your registered email.
