This Privacy Policy Agreement (the “Agreement”) explains how we collect, use, and share your personal information when you use our Gallery Landmarks App (the “App”). The App is licensed under the MIT License and uses data from OpenStreetMap under the Open Data Commons Open Database License (ODbL).

- Your device’s advertising ID
- Your device’s coarse and precise GPS location (only if you enable location services for the App)
How do we use your information?
We use your information for the following purposes:
- To provide you with the App’s services, such as displaying maps and providing directions
- To display banner ads using AdMob
- To improve the App’s performance and features
How do we share your information?
We share your information with the following third parties:
- AdMob: We share your device’s advertising ID with AdMob so that they can display banner ads in the App.
- OpenStreetMap: We share your device’s coarse and precise GPS location with OpenStreetMap so that they can provide us with up-to-date map data.
- ArcGIS by Esri: We share your device’s coarse and precise GPS location with Esri so that they can provide us with satellite/aerial geographic imagery.
How long do we retain your information?
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide you with the App’s services. We also retain your information for as long as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Your choices
You have the following choices regarding your personal information:
- You can choose to enable or disable location services for the App. To do this, go to the App’s settings menu.
- You can choose to opt out of targeted advertising by AdMob. To do this, tap on the “Manage targeted ad preferences.” option in the App.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make any material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the App’s website.
